About Me

Susan Axe-Bronk grew up in Philadelphia, moved to Massachusetts for college and never left!  She trained and practiced as a child psychologist and began creating stories for her own children when they were young. Susan is inspired by the unexpected and loves surprise endings. She writes essays and poetry as well as children's stories. Susan has worked as a teacher naturalist with children of all ages and their families at Mass Audubon and currently at the Natick Community Organic Farm.
